Thursday 22 September we are Celebrating Scottish Orchard Heritage, please join us!!
7pm in Winter Garden
David Affleck (Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society) will give a talk about Scottish heritage fruit varieties and the stories behind their cultivation. Clem Sandison ( Helping Britain Blossom) will then talk about a new project to create a community orchard in Saughton Park.
We are looking for people to get involved in the development of this idea!!
There will be soup, bread, cake and refreshments from 6:30 pm!!!
