DISCO SOUP EDINBURGH is making its first appearance at the Saughton Winter Gardens for a special Winter edition of Disco Soup!! Sunday 4 December from 11 to 4PM You know the drill... We are fightin' da food waste with a Disco Groove... Disco Soup is about allowing all members of the community to come together, chop together, eat together and dance together! Celebrate with us for our activism against food waste in Edinburgh. FOOD SHARING EDINBURGH started in 2013 and has achieved outstanding success in saving a huge amount of food from being thrown away. The vegetables you will help chop, and the soup you will eat will be FREE and entirely from SAVED FOOD..... Families, bring your kids! Students, bring your friends! And we open heartedly ...welcome refugees that have moved into our area and our city. Top quality live music as always! We have some lively bands already lined up... ;) More to come... We will also have kids workshops and stalls from some of our lovely friends promoting reuse and fighting food waste! Bring yar knivessssss and goblets for drinking DE-licious soup...
